New Computer System Questionnaire

Instructions: Please answer the following questions as completely as you can. Once you have entered your answers, click the SEND button at the bottom of the page. These answers will be sent to PC Assist Northwest and used only to help us determine a suitable recommendation for your new/ used computer. This information will not be shared with anyone else.

Q1: Are you looking for a desktop or laptop PC?

Q7: What are the main programs/applications that you currently run on your computer now? Please be specific.

Q8: Are there any special programs that you need to be sure your new computer can run properly?
