If you are having problems with any equipment purchased through PC Assist Northwest, please click the Help Request Form link to the left.  The Help Request Form is available 24x7, but support is only available from PC Assist 8:00am - 6:00pm M-F.  The help request form messages are checked daily, so you may also receive a response on Saturday.  We are closed on Sunday.

For help with Internet Services, including email, website, or other internet services purchased through PC Assist Northwest, please call or visit our Internet Support website.  There are a number of Frequently Asked Questions with answers listed on the site, as well as a telephone number for more immediate response.  (Toll or long-distance charges may apply.)
