PC Assist Northwest provides you with two different
Purchase Consulting service levels.
Level 1: Online Email or Telephone Purchasing Assistance
This type of service is charged at a flat fee of 35.00. Here is what
occurs:
- You express a desire
for a computer system (such as a desktop or notebook
PC), component (such as a printer or monitor), or software product (such as
a DVD Editing software or Project management software.) This request
is sent over email or made over the telephone.
- PC Assist does the research.
We hunt for the best buys on the best
equipment, based on a list of questions that we send to you. Once we
get your answers, we'll do all the footwork and research for you.
Often, we'll provide you with two or three choices that fit the way you want
to use the product, and fit within the amount of money you are willing to
spend.
- You buy the product
either online or from a local retailer. This way
the product is in your name, you receive the rebate(s), the warranty is in
your name, and you have confidence that you are getting the very best deal
we could find based on our research.
Level 2: In Person Consulting Assistance
This level of service is charged at a rate of $60.00 / hour. Here is
what occurs:
- PC Assist Northwest
comes to your office
and does an "interview" with you. We ask you
questions that allow us to get to know you, how you might use the product,
and what price range you are looking at. We also evaluate your current
equipment to ensure compatibility of your new product with your existing
equipment, and make recommendations if necessary so you get the best results
from your purchase.
- PC Assist Northwest does the research
for the best product(s) that fit your business.
We'll provide you with our recommendations, and help you decide which one
best fits your needs, fits your budget, and fits your existing equipment.
- PC Assist Northwest installs your new
equipment for you at your office. We'll
test the product to be sure it works as expected, and even show you how to
use the product's basic features (hardware only).
This service is included at no additional charge.
